What is Safe Fields?

Safe Fields · Campo Seguro is a membership for farms that want to do things right. We visit your worker housing, give a practical safety training matched to your type of farm, and leave materials with you and your workers. Farms that complete the process become members.

Why join?

Show that safety matters

Your workers, buyers and community see that your farm takes health and safety seriously.

Attract and keep good workers

Workers come back season after season to farms where they feel safe and respected.

Help prevent injuries and heat illness

Practical training on the real risks on your farm, in English and Spanish.

Certificate of completion

Receive a certificate of completion for your records, along with the training materials we leave with you and your workers.

Use the member badge

Members can use the Safe Fields logo and branding on their website, materials and even product labels.

It’s free

There is no cost to the farm.
